Welcome to Inshal Meat. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products
We sell fresh halal beef, mutton, and chicken, prepared using the Zabiha Halal method. Product images are for illustration; actual cuts and weight may vary slightly.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in AED and may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted payment methods.

Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Warsan, International City, and greater Dubai.
  • Orders are delivered based on your selected time slot; delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
  • A delivery fee may apply depending on order value and location.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
As our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order is delivered. You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  1. You received the wrong item
  2. The product is spoiled or defective
  3. The product arrived damaged
  4. The packaging was tampered with

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability
Inshal Meat is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
